A former IES officer, Mr. Anand Singh Bhal, has worked in the ministries of Commerce and Industry, Finance, Urban Development, Public Enterprises and Planning in economic advisory roles. He superannuated as Principal Economic Adviser to GOI (in the rank and scale of Secretary). He has also done an international stint with the UK Aid Agency ( DFID) in Delhi for three years. Post superannuation he was Adviser ( Corporate Relations) with L&T. At present, he is much sought after Expert on TV debates on macro-economic issues.
